Lucas believes the best homes begin by listening. Every plan is shaped around the client’s routines, priorities, and long-term goals to balance beauty, functionality, and enduring value. From the earliest sketches through final construction, he is hands-on in guiding a process that is thoughtful, transparent, and tailored to the people who will live there.
What drives Lucas most is creating homes that truly fit the families inside them. To him, custom homebuilding isn’t about imposing a style or following trends, it’s about designing spaces that feel natural, work effortlessly, and become the backdrop for a lifetime of memories.
Joe Turner – Co-Owner
With more than 14 years of experience, Joe Turner has built his career around detail, quality, and integrity. As co-owner of Transcend Custom Homes, he ensures that every project is thoughtfully planned and executed, creating homes that reflect both craftsmanship and purpose. His approach begins with listening, understanding each client’s vision, and guiding the process with care.
Joe values collaboration and clear communication, working closely with clients and subcontractors to keep expectations aligned and every detail handled with precision. He believes that trust is the foundation of every successful project and works to build that trust at every stage of the process.
